Wife's belly fat

AcuDoc

Board Supporter
First off, so the women don't get mad at me, my wife asked me to look into this.

Secondly, I know I could use the search button and use up the rest of my free time searching but I thought it might be easier to get an answer from the source.

So, My wife has about 10lbs to loose and since she had our second child she can't get rid of the fat around her midsection. She has very little fat elsewhere. She does cardio, yoga and lifts but that last bit of fat will not come off. She is very frustrated. What Avant supps will help her out and what dosages should she take.

Thanks in advance.

LipoDerm Ultra would be best if she is lean elsewhere. 3-4 squirts spread thin, twice daily.
Would the same apply if my wife wanted to lose some butt or thigh fat?

Yes, except LipoDerm-Y would be slighly less effective, but much more cost-effective.
Thanks. I need to do some more reading on your products. I used One+ back in the day and loved it.

My GF, who competes in figure comps is going to try some out on her thighs, which she has the worst trouble leaning out. She ends up losing a lot of muscle in her upperbody just to lean out the thighs. She will prbaly start it next week, so Ill post any relevant feedback she has.

Any sides she should look out for?

BTW I just heard that absolved was being discontinued so I got a couple bottles. What is the difference between the two products?

Lipoderm Ultra
Sesathin
Yohimbine HCL
Synephrine HCL
Caffeine
Octopamine
Acetyl-l-carnitine

Absolved
7-OXO DHEA
Sesathin

Sorry I should have been clearer. How are the effects different between the 2? The 7-Dhea is good at lowering cortisol so if stress is a factor then would absolved be better?

Which would be the best for losing 3 inches off midsection (lower belly and love handles)?
I noticed Avant has 4 similar transdermal products, and not sure which to order.

It really depends on your situation. By default, most should probaly go with Lipoderm Ultra.

Why is the ALCAR in lipoderm? I thought it was lipophyllic?
Directly from the write up:

ALCAR Improves mitochondrial bioenergetics, for better beta oxidation of fatty acids. This is potentiated by R-ALA via peroxide scavenging NAC should share this synergistic effect, but without the unwanted anti-lipolysis that R-ALA would provide. It also seems to be associated with AMPK/beta 3, which might account for its increasing of leptin sensitivity

Does this mean one stay away from r-ala while on lipoderm-u?

If you are in a calorie deficit, R-ALA is not going to hurt lipolysis.

If you are overeating/bulking, Lipo Ultra will not do much anyway.

So, don't worry about it.

fat intake with lipoderm ultra

Planning to run a cycle of SD/prostan at maintenance kcals. I was considering Lipoderm Ultra for some stubborn luv handle fat. I was thinking of tweaking my macros and figured it might be prudent to treat the mobilized FA's as though they were part of my intake and decrease the percentage of exogenous fat

Any idea of the increase of serum FA's assuming individual was a responder?

This all sounds too good to be true - but I don't doubt it works.. Is there any opinion on about how long it might take to burn 2 inches around the waist with LipoDerm Ultra?

Thanks for sharing your feelings. That + a dollar is worth at least 75 cents.

It should take right around 19.3 days of Lipo Ultra and a good diet to lose 2 inches. Give or take a few hours.

Par Deus,

Any input to the above?

Thanks for the reply.
