Why would Sesathin not work?

I assume that somatotype (or is it somatype because I've seen both) will play heavily in your answer, but what do you think would prevent sesamin from producing fatloss in a person assuming optimal diet and exercise program is stringently followed?

are you losing any weight at all? regardless of SesaThin you should be seeing some results if diet and training is optimal.

Well, like I posted this morning at Avant, I haven't even started Sesathin yet. I'll be trying it for the first time starting Saturday probably. It's just a question I was curious about. As for optimal diet, I mean like let's say a 40/40/20 with the right foods; you guys know what I mean.

NOT to be an idiot here but I've yet to see 500mg of test/week NOT work for everyone in SOME capacity.

lol

Carry on :D

I think the topic concerns fat loss products.

I know not everything works for everybody. My question to them is if they or anybody would know specifically why. Houseman was just playing around.

Summarize my experience with it:

I had a very strict cutting diet and training routine including cardio. I lost a whole lot of fat and retained most all of my muscle (androgen's are my friends) while dropping a total of 25lbs. I used the same diet and supplements as I had the previous year with the exception of adding sesathin. I believe sesathin contributed signifinatly to my fat loss as I was ~10lbs lighter and and equal the size when I was 10lbs heavier.

Since the end of my cut I have been less strict (using the term very loosely) with my diet, omitted cardio, and am training the same, and am still running the last few weeks on MDHT solo. I have regained some water and glycogen weight back for a total of about 7 lbs increase. I am equally lean, vascular, and hard with only .5" back up around my stomach. I have eaten very poorly and I credit sesathin for the ability to maintain my condition.

For me the sesathin may have contributed to my lean condition more than I am aware of but it is hard to isolate one item, as I used quite the arsenal of methods including diet, cardio and supplements.

For me sesathin has very much decreased the negative aspects of falling off the diet wagon or returning to maint/surplus consumption and poor food choices.

Either way you look at it...I feel it has been very helpful.

There is no mechanism I am aware of that would cause Sesathin not work in some capacity for someone unless their liver had been surgically removed and their skeletal muscle cells expressed no PPARalpha. Someone might not see the results they would like from it, but that is not the same thing; for Sesathin to actually do nothing within one's body borders on biological impossibility.

What kind of dosing do you all find to be the most effective? I was taking 1/4 teaspoon on dropper twice a day. I just read of someone though taking 3 ml twice a day. Do you need that much??

It's interesting, but I do believe don't get any results from Sesathin, at least from recommended doses and if I need higher dose I don't see a reason to use it because of it's not cost effective. I've been using it on and off for last year (about 8 bottles) and didn't see anything special during bulking or cutting.

I assume you take fairly regular weight/calliper measurements for progress?

That's extremely odd. You don't have a thyroid issue by any chance (either hypo or hyper)? What kind of phenotype would you say you have? Endo?

This stuff is working magic when I slip up on my diet. I hope you guys make Sesathin forever. What do ya'll think about adding EPA ethyl ester later on to make like a Sesathin Ultra or something?

It is entirely possible.

As mentioned on our board, I pitched the esters to another company who still may do something with them. Because SesaThin is still very much growing in popularity and likely will continue to do so for quite some time, an Ultra version probably will not hit until the first of 2007

Yes, to weight/caliper measurements. I don't beleive I have thyroid issue, I'm cutting right now (natty) and it's going very well, all I'm using is green tea, fish oil, nicotin gum, started Melting Point few days ago.
I gain fat/muscle very easy and can lose fat pretty easy without losing any muscles untill I get to 10% bf.
I needed higher doses on pretty much all supps. I ever used, so sesathin might work if I'll take double dose, but like I said it gets too expensive this way. Last few bottles I used just to help me with lipids during SD cycles.
