Why still no reply after month !!!!

Hi.

I just had a big issue with a product I ordered from you. After month and 4 mails you keep ignoring me.
Now I don't want to publicly start blaming you or the product's company ( although they deserve it )
All I was asking to know is what your policy with situation like mine.

Hope someone will help this time.
