i completely agree, but the way the market it right now, its all cookie cutter NASM workouts.......bosu ball crap and stability **** that most clients dont wanna do with their 60 bucks an hour. they wanna get lean and mean, but unfortunately, the gyms dont allow their trainers to cater to those needs. they cater to taking the most amount of money for the least amount of work..........and we wonder why our economy crashed? ...........**** like this.........lol

people cant take the truth, esp in california, everyone is coddled and doesnt want to see whats in front of them. they wanna make excuses for being Peter Pans and want everyone else to be the same so they dont feel insecure..........

If we were all in person....none of the smartass stuff happens....trust me, this is the internet so everybody gets excited and likes to talk nonsense. You notice this never happens in person? lol. there is a reason for that. Guys know not to F with other guys in person. Women do it all the time, or girls, they go up and curse each other out and argue....if men do that? its probably a fistfight, so they don't do it. But on the net? its a free-for-all. That being said, there is usually a good cast of characters in the online forums....so it probably would be hilarious in person.

we figured out early on that it sucks, probably acts like an estrogen and we hate it.....also that some MRP company is loading up their MRP with Supro Soy protein as a cheap filler protein....and aaron bought some and now he has to take it.....THEN it went to hell from there LOL!
