Why is 1-dhea and 4- dhea being taken off the market in the United States?

I haven't followed this closely, but someone sent me a link a couple weeks ago about something someone posted on Reddit saying that it was going to banned. But when I searched for the actual legal case they were referring to, it wasn't any new action - it was about the ongoing legal battle between Hi-Tech and the FDA where they had seized some of those raw materials from Hi-Tech years ago.

It could be something new; but if it is, I haven't seen it.
