Why I think Con-Cret is some BS

I think that a FLASHSALE of con-cret at nutra would encourage many to try it to see for themselves. a lot of people don't want to shell out full price for a product that looks promising on paper, but the few reviews on this forum seem mixed at best.

it is not currently carried at the Planet

Great info, Mark! I'm a CC user and can vouch for it's benefits. I was pleasently surprised with the energy boost it provides in the gym. I assume that's due to it's superior solubility. I'm only a week and a half in, but so far so good.

Seeing as you're so incredibly well versed on creatine, I'd love to hear your take on Dave Palumbo's creatine product Crealyze. It's a liquid stable monohydrate with glycerol.

Thanks and your posts and product are greatly appreciated.

Hi again,

Sorry to be slow in responding, but as I think I indicated, I don't get too much time on these blogs. I don't want to take anything away from AM here, but if you ever want [hopefully] more rapid comments, you may email me through the Vireo website (since it's a single contact page, it's easy to find the link at the bottom) and then if you desire, I am not opposed to you posting your question/comment and my response here if I haven't had time to...

But, first, Mr. Heretostudy, I lived in Deerfield for a while and LOVED going to the B'hawks games. Chi vs Philly should be a GREAT series and I am pulling for the Black and Red (even though my summer league team got dubbed the Flyers). And mainly, thanks for your decorum...and you are very welcome for the info-trading. Good stuff.

For Thebigt...I am unsure what a FLASHSALE is...I don't get out of the plant much but if you help me understand, I'll suggest to the marketing guys that they look into doing something that helps more people try it.

As for Mr. ryanp81...I respect your lack of interest in trying CC, but keep an open mind that "trying" things is how we expand our knowledge/perspective/exerience/etc. It's good to keep an open mind. But again, if what you're currently doing works well for you, terrific and keep it up.

For Garyboy, I am not very familiar with the specific product you mention (Crealyze) but I was contacted a few years ago by one of the major supplement companies (a name you would all recognize) to develop a creatine-glycerol product, which we did. On the surface, such a conjugation might have some benefits simply because we know creatine is efficacious (good) and we know that glycerin has some properties that effect vascularity (can be good) and so in theory, to deliver creatine to the cells via greater vascularity is desirable. The reality that we found was that it really just turned out to be a fairly expensive monohydrate and that the actual performance wasn't a significant change from well-dosed monohydrate by itself. If you are going for vascularity, I tend to think that an L-arginine product (nitric oxide) would be as good or probably better.

And BTW, the energy you "sense" is most likely from the creatine effects on ATP...as people know, ATP is the source for "functional" energy (note, it's not stimulant energy) and thereby allows better endurance during a work-out and better recovery both between sets and post-exercise.

Good luck to you all,

Mark Faulkner

A flashsale would be something along the lines of a short sale that slashes prices drastically. It would be a kind of sale that the company would most likely not make money on but it would get product into the hands of those who have an intrest but are afriad to drop full price on the product they dont know much about.

if they drop the price I will buy it and give it a full review, with my routine. I just see how this can be better then CREPURE... hey I could be wrong

FYI: There is a special offer (FREE!!! offer) on CON-CRET at the M&F RAW site. It's on the 24 serving size. Great way to try it. You just have to pay shipping at $6.99 Muscle and Fitness magazine website under videos/RAW.

I will pass because like I mentioned earlier, CM works for me and there is no reason to switch, but for those of you looking to try this, or have reactions to CM, please do and post a log. I checked the link, it is legit.
