I thought about it but i read not one review saying it was worth it. I think the gluatmine is under-dosed, I'd rather have one kind of creatine and i see nothing special about it.

ive been through 1 tub of it and it taste like total ass i agree and you have to scrape it with the scooper to get any out but i feel like i got good results from it so i just stuck through it and for the gluatmine lack i just use xtend during and after workout.
