Very simply put;
Do you care about your libido and ability to 'get it up' when the time calls?
Do you care about the size and shape of your testicles?
If you answered 'yes' to the above questions, then you must have proper post cycle therapy for after a hormonal cycle.
I care more about my libido and balls than anything else, but the liver, kidneys, and heart are nothing to mess around with either.
The responsible thing to do, IMO, would be to get some bloodwork done, before and after a cycle. Begin a 'load up' phase of support supplements (i.e. AI's Cycle Support) for a week before starting the actual cycle. Run it alongside whichever hormone you're cycling. Follow with proper PCT accordingly.
