For example when im doing Chest and Shoulders and Tris. I use barbells machines and dumbells.But sometimes by end of workout Biceps also feel pumped.When i do tri pushdowns my midsection feels worked too lol.Today i did some ez barbell curls and when i put the weight down i felt in my tris.
is this bad? im going heavier than i ever have gone,so im thinking that other muscles are just being used to hold the weights and what not and that its ok?
