Why can't I get a chest???

ive started to do dumbell flys in decline, incline, and flat and ive seen my chest geting more full and looks alot better.

like what i did was not using so much weight and doing around 20-25lbs at 8reps on each decline, incline, and flat. Going down as far as i can and bringing it all the way upp.

Alot of it is just your genetic shape. I can bench around 400 pounds and still get told I have a small chest. I believe some peoples chests sink in more than others. I have alot of mass it just doesnt stick out as far as i'd like for it to. Just keep working man, when you cut up it makes the shape look nicer.
