Today I'm being lazy, except in the kitchen..
Dehydrating some sirloin tips,got a beef brisket in the Insta Pot..
About to put a pork lion on my new rotisserie..

I was given a brand new crock pot..but the pot is cast iron..freaking nice..

I love my cast iron frying pan

My better half just educated me on the cast iron crock pot. Apparently it’s called a Dutch oven which to me has a totally diff meaning. All this taking place as I’m inhaling some white rice. Needless to say white rice went all over the counter, I choked a bit while laughing my arse off

you eat way better than I do!!! I woke up late and didn’t have time to make a lunch so I have had 2 scoops of Casien, 2 scoops of ISO, and a 1/4 cup of almonds.
 
Beef Bowl...
Avocado rice,pinto beans, seasoned beef, cilantro, white and green onions, red bell pepper, tomatoes and salsa..
Plenty left..

You can't really go wrong when you have all that mixed together in a bowl! Sounds tasty.

Old School Bulk..

I've had to change a great deal in my daily intake..
No Processed foods..
No sugar..
No Alcohol..
No sodas..
It's not always easy, but worth the sacrifices, I feel better overall..
I'm having to deal with my bad digestive system..diarrhea, constipation, internal bleeding...using more Natural remedies..
I absolutely hate pills and medications..
Now that I'm on Narcotics, more problems..
Hopefully, Hospice will start coming to my house to help..
It's all-good..12yrs on MCL...
BUT
I'm getting to the end..it's just Life..
I try to help a little and enjoy the Time I do have..
I'm starting an experimental treatment..
Fingers crossed..lol
