Doing a small carb up day.. First day I will be hitting anywhere close to 100g carbs. It's SO needed tho as I have been struggling to even move outside of the gym. Gonna have a quest bar, a sushi roll, And half a bag of black bean pasta.. Lots of fiber and hoping to minimize any water retention.
