Who's cutting and how's it going?

Abs and weight are back to pre-binge status. Hit a deadlift rep PR yesterday too, 9 weeks into cutting. Now, if only my 1RM was equal to my "calculated" 1RM haha.
 
Doing a small carb up day.. First day I will be hitting anywhere close to 100g carbs. It's SO needed tho as I have been struggling to even move outside of the gym. Gonna have a quest bar, a sushi roll, And half a bag of black bean pasta.. Lots of fiber and hoping to minimize any water retention.

staying under my total macros of 1440 still
106g cho
32g fat
Remainder protein

Utilizing 2 caps anabolic pump and 4 caps defuse prior to carbs which will all be post workout

How much longer are you planning on cutting ched?

Trying to peak July 4th and maintain peak til August 15... Then slowly add back carbs up to lean bulking macros I just need to make sure I don't lose any more muscle; so far so good but it's a daily struggle lol id like to lose 2% more by July 4
