Just throwing this out there. Is the concept of whole wheat vs white pasta noodles the same as brown vs white rice? Or is the whole wheat option a better choice?
I really don't think it matters when you are eating larger meals with adequate protein as the increased insulin spike is blunted. #IIFYMconfusionoftheday
