Whole/super food supplement?

If you would take a few weeks of all supplements and wanted to "reset/clean" yourself, what natural supplement would you take?

“Vita mineral greens” by health force nutritionals. Also, their product “Earth” and their “liver rescue”. Nutritionally, all that would be missing is calories. Be warned, it tastes pretty horrid if you take it straight. There are no fillers.

Mr. Supps just got in Sport Formula vitamins which is an all inclusive vitamin. Has the greens as well as a full spectrum of vitamins. Invalid Link Removed

Also this probiotic which is good for restoring gut health and natural bacteria which can be affected by supplemts use.

Thanks, I check those out! And, yes, I do know that natural super food powder drinks tastes horrible, lol ;)

Spirulina is pretty awesome IMO. Tons of benefits, including helping with allergies, sports performance, and various instances of it actually helping to detoxify heavy metals. I use tabs since I find it more convenient and less bad-tasting than powder.

Research Moringa Oleifera seems to me its one of the most nutrient rich plants available and the powder is cheap.

Millennium Sports Mycogreen 500 powder and/or capsules

Ive done the eat all organic greens for a day or so before and gave it up quick

I am planning to do a 3 month no supplement experiment to reset my body. Just good food and water.
