Did Whole 30 diet (loosely)I ate some oats, very very little bread (2 slices maybe 2 or 3 times a week with eggs, protein powder. I need to call this out because Whole 30 is very cultish in their ways, and I’m not interested in having to answer to some moron about the fact that I threw some oats in my shake, or had white bread with eggs couple times...
My non statistical results were that I felt amazing, clear headed, energized, and no cravings for “bad” food. Literally when I cheated after this 30 days I was not even super excited about it like I normally would be.

My body comp statistical results were:
Started: 202.2 lbs @ 16.8 % body fat (caliper measured)
Ended: 191.8 lbs @ 13.7% body fat (caliper measured)
-2.70 lbs LBM
-7.7 lbs body fat
Ate 2000 kcal a day with 170 G protein a day

No concern for fats or carbs, just the calories and the obviously restricted food choices with Whole 30

Planning to do this diet style long term, and loosen up on weekends as I normally do. Will report back this weekend on how much that weekend impacted...
