Who use Dmae?

Is it worth using? i can't even get it up here in canada they said it was banned here in the health food store.

Try to find and get centrophenoxine, its better than DMAE in all things.

One time I used it for a couple weeks and it made me flip out when I was asleep. I'd wake up with sleep paralysis or even worse wake up punching a concrete wall.

Depends what you want it for. Women use centrophenoxine to improve their skin (its DMAE and a plant sterol). Nootropics wise combine it with stuff like choline, inositol, alpha-GPC or GDP-choline (citicholine). If you occassionally use GABA you've almost got the complete works of neurotransmittors, oh and ALCAR. In fact ALCAR above GABA.

Its probably considered "neuro-protective" and if you combine if with other nootropics it becomes potent (piracetam).

I got dmae across into canada awhile ago
But it had expired and not sure if I should take it
Alcar is not allowed to be
imported as well. Would be
Interested in tryn a stack to test it out for overall
Health. Lookn for something to focus and relax myself as well
