was it you c2 or was it you camp? Been on 3 c2 twice a day and 2 camp once a day for 4 days. My cardio endurance sucks now. My legs are giving out on me like I just played 4 quarters of football after only 15 minutes on stairmaster, or any cardio for that matter. Only thing that has changed in my daily routine in the addition of c2 and camp. Any ideas?
