I always stock up a year at a time during black friday. Who is still considered a good brand and decent prices for protien powders?
I'm really liking per4m just now. Flavours are amazing. Current favourite flavours are cinnamon glazed donut and white chocolate hazelnut (basically kinder buenno)I always stock up a year at a time during black friday. Who is still considered a good brand and decent prices for protien powders?
Is it quality protein? Flavors look good, just don't know if they are trusted.Check Revolution Nutrition, Canadian based company (ships to US) currently running pre black Friday sales, 6lbs of their blend, High Whey for $55, solid flavors, just grabbed a gingerbread cookie and Krispy treat flavor
I've not come across anything (internet/Google wise) to suggest it isn't and believe they've been around for 12 or so years, so idkIs it quality protein? Flavors look good, just don't know if they are trusted.
This! Can't go wrong with PES Select when it comes to quality and taste!PEScience is still great
I like PES as well I just find it's too thick and rich at times. Mainly post workout. Hard to just guzzle down. This! Can't go wrong with PES Select when it comes to quality and taste!
I love the PES vegan cinnamon delight, but the prices are ridiculous. I guess all protein is expensive now, but $70 for 55 servings...time to shop for a different brand.I like PES as well I just find it's too thick and rich at times. Mainly post workout. Hard to just guzzle down.
1.27 per serving in this inflation is great for this qualityI love the PES vegan cinnamon delight, but the prices are ridiculous. I guess all protein is expensive now, but $70 for 55 servings...time to shop for a different brand.
Might be time to give up powder protein then.1.27 per serving in this inflation is great for this quality
If prices get any higher I might be replacing powder with chicken breasts!Might be time to give up powder protein then.
Don't look at chicken breast pricing thenIf prices get any higher I might be replacing powder with chicken breasts!
Per 40g of protein, chicken is about half the price of most protein powder.Don't look at chicken breast pricing then
It's gone up about the same %Per 40g of protein, chicken is about half the price of most protein powder.
Guess I didn't realize how much of a rip off powder was. It's gone up about the same %
I figured ghost would be higher than that. I was hear and see people using the oreo and chips ahoy flavor at the gym.one of my best friends is an SM at Vitamin Shoppe...best sellers in order are bodytech (vitamin shop brand, but made and filled by optimum nutrition), Optimum, Dymatize / Ghost (tie), PES / Ryse (tie).
They got an energy drink that tastes like redberry sour patch kids and holy crap did they nail the flavorI figured ghost would be higher than that. I was hear and see people using the oreo and chips ahoy flavor at the gym.
Do y'all trust Ghost? Years ago, I only went with brands that tested their products, or when 1fast400 tested it but I don't see this anymore.I figured ghost would be higher than that. I was hear and see people using the oreo and chips ahoy flavor at the gym.
It’s a national brand now carried in GNC and other retail location. So yeah I don’t really doubt the quality of ingredients. I can speak for the energy drink and preworkout. Both fantastic flavor wise and both are decent for energyDo y'all trust Ghost? Years ago, I only went with brands that tested their products, or when 1fast400 tested it but I don't see this anymore.
I've never tried their protein, but I trust their quality. And that's coming from me as someone that has worked in the industry for 18+ years and is very skeptical of the quality of many brands in general.Do y'all trust Ghost? Ug pretty sure I have food allergies too so I’m trying to restrict my diet to pin it down.My personal protein pics are any of the Ketogenics proteins and I've been a fan of Trutein for years.
I have food allergies so I drink a lot more of my protein than most people so I still switch up between the two brands, but now days its probably 90% Ketogenics and occasionally Trutein just for a couple specialty flavors that they have. But for the average person, Ketogenics has so many great flavors that it would take the average person many months to try them all if going through a tub of each at a time.
Next time you get bloodwork done, you can request food allergen testing to go along with it. It doesn't cover everything and isn't super comprehensive, but it can be a good starting point. And if it shows positive on anything, that is usually all it takes to get you in with an allergy specialist that can do more testing.Ug pretty sure I have food allergies too so I’m trying to restrict my diet to pin it down.
Ghost is a great brand, with great protein, and great other products. By with confidence.Do y'all trust Ghost? Years ago, I only went with brands that tested their products, or when 1fast400 tested it but I don't see this anymore.
I trust them. They aren't my go to protein powder but they up there with some of my favorite tasting protein.Do y'all trust Ghost? Years ago, I only went with brands that tested their products, or when 1fast400 tested it but I don't see this anymore.

Supplement store or Rocket's stash?!
What flavor do you like best
Lean Whey Toasted Coconut is one of my favorites, Ghost Nutter Butter .............What flavor do you like best
Yes I forgot about their Coconut Creme Pie, I hope they have a sale coming up. If not I do have a 20% code! Not sure what kind of sales they will have, but I recently ordered from Core Nutrionals, the Pro & Pudd’n products, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality and digestability of both products. They’re 3/3 on protein flavors I’ve tried so far lately. Their stuff is less sweetened than the typical brand, and better focus on true flavoring.
The Coconut Cream Pie Pro is the best coconut cream I’ve ever had.
Someone posted somewhere on here that is was very good, maybe in the "In The Mail" thread ?Anybody try the Chocolate Truffle protein from Pescience yet?
I’m glad to see someone else likes REDCON. I haven’t had their protein but I’ve had the pwo. I think it’s a pretty good pre.I like REDCONS lean MRE in blueberry muffin and banana nut bread
The protein flavors are literally to die for. I know alot of guys here have a hard time or dislike Aaron.
I've never had an issue with him personally, but I can honestly say those two protein flavors are out of this world.
I may have to give them a shot. I have not tried them! Blueberry muffin sounds good!I like REDCONS lean MRE in blueberry muffin and banana nut bread
