LOL I love techno for cardio too...just get the beat in your head and truck along. Seems to go by much faster:) Plus ~137BPM progressive house seems to put me right at my target heart rate:P

Timo Maas is right up there, I like Deep Dish and Bad Boy Bill too - as well as the artists you mentioned. There's so many good producer's/DJ's out there its hard to come up with a list. I have this program called StationRipper that will rip an entire ShoutCast audio stream to Mp3, so every couple weeks Ill just set it to one of my favorite internet stations (FriskyRadio or Digitally Imported, usually) and just have it download for a day or two. Then Ill load the tracks onto my Mp3 player and have fresh tunes to listen to...found some really great tracks that way!

Ditto that, I haven't been to a club or a party in so long my knowledge of the producers/DJ's has faded. However occasionally I'll catch a good shoutcast with some top notch beats.

I noticed something strange last night.
My pupils do not dialate in the dark.....they stay small!

WTF is that about? anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Yeah, where I live now there's not much in the way of an electronica scene. I try to hit a big festival every year or so just to be infront of a massive set of speakers:D

StationRipper is the **** though, Shoutcast all kinds of great stations...any genre you can think of, really.

If you were in the dark how did you know?:D

I'm back in town, after being on business travel - and using the product 3X/day along with Lean Green while gone. Did cardio in the AMs; felt great. More detals to follow.

due to overall rebound from systemic vasoconstriction from product- actually pretty normal

Hmmm...Vasoconstriction on a level that wouldnt allow your eyes to dilate? That would seem a bit extreme...

Ya it was weird. My eyes feel funny...
yesterday in the morning when I was shaving I noticed that my pupils were smaller than normal...supper sharp....I thouht maybe cuz it was morning and sunshine and all...but still seemed strange. So then I turned out the lights and looked in the mirror and there was no change! I looked at my eyes again at night and the same thing...It looks like I have those vampire eyes!

anyone else notice this??????

I havent bro but I only tried it for a day, as Im waiting for some other supps to get here before I start. Ill keep an 'eye' out for it though.:D

(sorry about the pun!) I really will be sure to take notice and post my findings...

I've been noticing a small twitching sensation in my left eye from time to time that is a new feeling.....not really sure what to make of it to be honest with ya ???

Jecko -

Could be psychosomatic...Ive never known any supplement to cause those symptoms. I havent felt jittery or anxious on this new cutter (I tried it for 2 days), although it did feel like there was a good amount of certain nootropics present, and perhaps caffiene.

Eyelid twitching is a common occurance with no real cause - could be related to stress or too much caffiene. If you're taking any other stims with the product, I'd stop them and see if you notice a difference.

D & USP - can you elaborate on the ingredients of this product? Anything that would cause the effects jecko is describing?

BV

ingredients are very similar to C2, w/ a couple additions

as far as the eye twitching, i am not sure the product is causing this- maybe you are just special:)

as far as the constriction of the pupils- this is my short explanation (don't want to bore you;))

any time there is beta stimulation (in the case of ephedrine, beta II and some beta I stimulation; it is non-specific) and sympathetic nervous activity, the opposite occurs (pupil dialation), at least to some extent- taking stims mimicks the fight or flight response, w/ all the classic signs: vasoconstriction of blood vessels, dry mouth, sweating, etc.

However, to even out your system once the effects of the stims have worn off- the parasympathetic nervous system works overtime to maintain homeostasis- kind of a compensatory thing- you will notice this the most first thing in the morning after sleep, b/c the parasympathetic ns is most dominant during this time, and even more so when compensating from stim usage. things you will notice if you do some type of stims (if you look carefully) when you first wake up are:

very constricted pupils
drooling on your pillow (no bs)
very SLOW resting hr in the morning (pre-stim of course)

really interesting how the body works sometimes;)

I'm gonna go with the caffeine on this one then, I'm not concerned about it it's just a funny little spasm that I get.
