How bad has it got on cycle or how do you control it?

I do. It doesn't get any worse it you know how to control your estrogen. I don't run any wet compounds and I won't run without an AI on hand.

Also anyone ever get a wwierd pain in or near the gland when gyno is shrinking? Seems to happen to me on cycle when using a lot of ai lump gets smaller but painful is this it actually shrinking or getting worse?
