Who counts fiber carbs?

I am on UD 2.0 so I need super low cals.

I was trying 50g but realize I will get closer to 70g BUT for example today was:

31g fibrous (12g soluble)
45g normal carbs (from string beans and cycle support)

Plus whatever Lettuce for 2 salads have. So I guess closer to 80g

Is it ok to go over count if so much of it is fiber?

Fiber would have a negligible impact on your keto, if any at all. AND it helps to keep you regular with all that fat and protein you're eating. You'd be hurting yourself (literally) not to keep the fiber up.

Gave up on Keto for the next 2-3 weeks.

Would really love to get to the 6-7% range

UD, keto; either way, fiber is goooood. Unless you like being 'backed up.'
