Which is better for offseason size? Using GH & Insulin or IGF1?

2nd question: Can a person pack on good "offseason" size without the use of Insulin? What comes to mind are the guys back in the 70's.

3rd question: Which is better during precontest, IGF1 or GH?

4th question: How much protein are you to take when bulking? Example, when I weighed 256lbs I was taking in around 250 to 300 grams of protein per day. Is that enough or no?
 
1. Taking GH or IGF without AAS will not lead to a drastic increase in size. It will possibly lead to an eventual increase in size with long term iron working.

2. Yes good offseason size can be acquired without insulin. If insulin is used, you'd better know how to use it. Insulin can really mess you up if taken inappropriately.

3. Both could be used precontest, IGF better in my opinion. $$$$$$$ and personal results from IGF.

4. You should think about increasing protein to 1.5-2.5x body weight when bulking. However many other factors should help determine this. Goals, diet, vitals, etc...

5. Now that I looked into your old posts, you should know this info, especially about protein consumption, C'mon Nuteboy.
