Appreciate the feedback guys. I'm starting lean up a bit, just got to get diet back on track since my appetite was next to nothing towards the end of the run.

Nice man, I want a family like that one day... It looks like your doing great in pct after that long cycle, just keep your diet in check and you should be good to go. Have fun @ the new gym, keep us posted =)

Funny you mention guns. I'm researching right now how to obtain a LTC to protect my family in this economical down fall where it may turn into a free for all and people are doing whatever they can to survive. Oh and of course range shooting for practice.
 
It's pretty easy in Arkansas... But we still don't' wear shoes sooo... but it AR you just take a gun safety course and a shooting range course, it's more hands on safety your not actually tested on how well you shoot just if your safe.

I have enough guns and ammo to wage a small war though... my house won't be easy picking. :)

I definitely understand the concealed carry though. I carry my sig 45 everywhere. you just never know, lots of punks around trying to rob people. About a mile from my school i work at a student got robbed at gun point at the IHop. As soon as she opened her door to get out the guy stuck a gun in her chest...

You just never know man.

Nice... I'm going hunting this weekend hopefully I get couple hundred lbs of deer meet, high protein and one of the lowest fat ratios.

I tried to ship some to a buddy in Colorado, used dry ice, I packaged it nice too but since there are no preservatives and almost no fat, it had spoiled by the time it got there. Last year I got 40lbs of meat, loin, ground, roast. For $25 bucks, well I killed it it cost $25 to process

PCT is now going great. I realize now how much PH's effect my body. The last few weeks I was always tired and had no motivation to do anything except go to the gym. I was lazy at work and at home and couldn't get anything done. Now starting week 3 into PCT, I feel better than ever. I'm lovin my research Clomid also. Only got a couple headaches, but now its workin cause within ten minutes I get a fuzzy warm feeling after taking. Towards the end of my cycle I had real sore nipples and now completely gone. Maybe a combo between the Clomid and Erase.

What's up, sorry I haven't checked in in a while. Getting my ass pounded by school and work. How'd the cycle turn out?

No prob Chris, I've been a little slow here also especially in pct. I gave review a few pages back but if you don't feel like scrolling, cycle went quite well strength wise and gained 19lbs from 202 to 221. I actually was a bit too big and not doing cardio in cycle killed me. I tried running a couple weeks ago and had a ton of knee and back pain so now I'm trimming up and weigh about 208 right now. Killed my bench record from 440 to 460 and was 215 when it happened. With some weight loss and no anabolics, strength is starting to decrease bit by bit which sux ball bags, so I'm trying to stay positive. I feel good though and energetic. Gonna get bloods after pct and figure out what to do with 28 bottles of SD lol! I'm thinking test with SD kicker this winter, I don't know.

Ya ....me bulking up to a beast got me lazy too. I officially am deciding to never go back to cardio or caloric deficits. lol Sucks though because I really wouldn't mind getting lean before my next bulk. We'll have to see how things go......

Nice, thought my thread was going die lol. Been crazy busy so haven't been on much. I'll ck out your thread as well my friend after this update. As far as PCT, I feel real good and energized. Just finished Clomid which was great. Felt like it got me back and running pretty quick. I had some sore ass nips at the end of cycle but erase took care of that within a week. My workouts of course are up and down. Lost some endurance and strength but still haven't found a person to out lift me at my new gym which in itself is motivating and there are some pretty big dudes! My diet is just ok, not focused as much, but still think twice about what I eat. I started the cycle at 202 and I now fluctuate between 207-212, trying to hold the gains before my next kill!! I'm thinking some test, oh shiit bitches, with an SD kicker and become something I've never been before. It's gonna be a monster bulk trying to get to 225+ with more cardio this time since the last run not doing cardio killed me where my lungs couldn't keep up with my muscles. I'll get some pics up soon, just not as impressive as my last week ON, but not bad. Now to give props to my other AM boys, peace out;)

I'm still trying to find the perfect pct. honestly not 100% thrilled with DAA. Cortisol kills me in pct, so need to figure a better way to combat that in return should help keep strength gains. I take Creatine now only on workout days 5 grams before and occasionally 5 after. Of course stimmy's such as MM, white flood and the new j3d has helped but nothing even compares to SD!!! Gonna ck out ur thread which I haven't kept up on in a while. I better here some good things or I'll be mad at you lol!!!

Not sure I've read where DAA can help with cortisol??? It helps for test levels I know THAT. Supposedly helps with N.O. balance but I never have seen sh*t for that. Try leanXtreme for cortisol control during PCT. It worked for me. May work for you too. Sheck it out. ;)
 
Yeah, I know DAA doesn't do shiit for cortisol, prob worded that wrong. Just not sure that its the best test booster for me. Clomid, erase, and Creatine have really helped in this PCT, but I want to try something different.
 
Well, thanks to catching up on threads last night, i fawking killed shoulders an arms today. I was motivated as hell and felt like I was on. Haven't taken MM in a while and freakin A I was on fire. Got a lot of stares at the new gym with folks scratching there heads lol!! Here's a latest pic 5 weeks into PCT at 208. it's alright, could be better, could be worse too.

Lmao!!!! Yeah that's my pleasure pad, speaking of, shiit I haven't had any lovins in a while. Tough with two kids and the wifey working out with her sister doing that "insanity" workout thing at night coming home tired. Thanks for the props bro. I need motivation to keep movin this train. I love this place!!!
 
Another awesome workout today with Muscle Marinade and Creatine mono. 405 for two, 315 for 9 no spot, then 95 incline dumbs for 3 sets of 10. Had great endurance today and ton of energy resulting in serious blood flow. Big guy next to me did 315 for 4-5 I think so I ate him for dinner lol. I'm thinking if i should make a winter run or just stay natty then pin with sd kicker for the spring?? Hmmmmm...

I know I'm not important anymore, but just updating my 6th week pct. I feel better than ever thanks to MM. Not sure why I stopped taking this stuff as I started pct. it makes me want to work out just smelling it. Once it gets into my system it's all over. I feel ON like on cycle. Here's me at 210 an hr after shoulders and arms. Im still contemplating test boys. I want to feel better on cycle rather than being tired all the time and lazy. I may weight till AB and LTL are done so I get some recognition lol!!!

Got to 220 on cycle then trimmed down to 210ish if that's ur quest. big fella. I'm slowly climbing back up though after killin it lately. Need to eat more. Frickin tough with work
 
I'm at 253... I don't care what I get to now haha just want strength to rise haha
