I wanted to get a good pre-workout supplement. I heard about both of these and I was just wondering what everyone preferred or if any had any other suggestions... thanks!!
This is a little off topic regarding the OP but this thread is dead anyways so whatever.
How many scoops of SP250 are you guys using to really experience the pump effects? I just got like 10 free samples of this business and the pumps were weak with the equivalent of one scoop. Input?
IDK i have a sample ill use it monday then we'll compare and contrast
