These are both pre workout energy supps. I would take one or the other. You will get the best results taking these on an empty stomach. You could eat breakfast (shake) imediately upon waking and drink your supp a half hour to an hour later, the less food in your stomach=faster and better effects IMO.
stacking stim over stim is a bad idea. Read my latest log entries. I did an experiment with 3 scoops of White Flood rather than the recommended 2. Heart beat was weird, I felt extremely tired and dehydrated. You should just pick one or the other. I would say White Flood and bulk citrulline malate should give you a pretty crazy morning workout. the combo of beta alinine and citrulline malate gives you the endurance of a machine. I also agree with toy. For me the effects hit me faster with less food in my stomach but it varies for people I guess.
