Whit Goin' Dark

Also morning workouts make me almost pass out. Something about getting out of bed, eating breakfast and then working out a couple hours later, well it's too much shock to my body and CNS. In the afternoon I'm totally at ease with a hard core workout
Makes sense. I just feel somewhat fatigued at the end of day and assumed mornings would have much more energy to really power through a workout.
 
I've tried many PWO's and Jack3d is my go to. I like Muscle a Marinade but made me sick. I think the bcaa's may have played a role. Have taken other bcaa's before workout and had similar issues.

I felt like i snorted an 8 ball today!
 
Last night had an anabolic bloody nose. I'm pretty positive it's not due to blood pressure since it's always been spot on every time I ck. usually lasts for 5-10 minutes and is pretty heavy. I have yet figured out a way to prevent them. It's almost a given I get them on SD. Not a one today though which is good.

202.6 this am still 7-8lbs up

I literally jumped out of bed this am at 5am to go to work and had tons of energy. Slept very well for 7-8 hrs. I also worked out in am yesterday. Let's see how sleep is tonight as I worked out at 4pm but limited my PWO to just one scoop instead of my typical 1 1/2ish.

Workout was insane, full of pump and people staring at me like I'm all roided out or something. Not sure why they would think this lol!!

Last week did 315 on flat bar bench for 5 no spot. This week got 365 for 4 with spot. SD hits hard and hits quick for me. Gonna jump to 405 next week and so on and so forth. I felt like I could go forever today. Also hit incline dumb flys strict form with 70's for 8.

I have had a pretty quick weight gain thus far but don't want see any of this turn into fat. I think 210-215 tops would be perfect with my 5'10" frame and not feel like a load. Got up to 219 last year on SD but felt horrible. I could barely breath at that weight.

I'm kind of a picture and video whore so will post occasionally especially when I'm close to PR's and looking like a monstah!!

Two hrs after workout eating a 4 egg omelette and potatoes I glanced down at my left arm and appeared I had rivers flowing through them. This is gettin fun....

Did you feel like this on SD before? I would kill to be able to jump out of bed full of energy. I've long suspected low test though

SD in the past has made me super lethargic and the complete opposite as how I felt this am. and usually takes its till on me two weeks in but I just pushed through and delt with it trying to eat more carbs and stims. It got to the point that I didn't want to do **** even at work (not good). This is why I am going the test route to minimize these effects. I must say my receptors are kindly taking to test and giving me loads of energy all day. It's 10pm here in Mass and I feel like I could run a marathon. Hopefully this feeling continues on for the next few weeks on SD!
 
Day 11:

Yesterday I lost a lb to 201.6 but this morning somehow gained 2.4lbs and now 204. Got to live anabolics. Up 9lbs

Still no signs of lethargy from SD, getting slight nipple sensitivity, but not enough to start exemestane yet. I am taking B6 for prolactin sides which have been common for me on SD. Then to Caber if that doesn't work. That usually occurs a couple weeks after stopping SD.

It's leg day today. Doing some deep squats today and go if to try to add some more weights to the bar.

Remember, one goal is to dead and squat more than bench lol!!
 
Legs are a work in progress but once again full of positive energy today. Managed squatting 335 for 7. I feel that my legs are stronger than my core. The hardest part of squatting for me is unracking the weight and walking back into position. I have recently decided to squat barefoot and feel I am more balanced and grounded. Id like to buy some squatting sneaks but barefoot it is for now. Took a vid today to analyze form but setup cam too high and couldn't see hip and leg positioning. I'll get better vid next time for critiquing.

Ate very well today as it was my day off from work. Feel that I will be about 205 in the am tomorrow, then off for a morning workout shoulders/bis/tris then pinnin glutes for the first time :0
 
I always wanted to try barefoot just to lazy to take my shoes off. You said you felt more balanced and grounded, do you feel like you could do more weight since you are more balanced or is there any difference? Glutes are not bad I watched the same videos on YouTube about 50 times before I committed tho lol
 
When I first took off my running shoes and performed a light squat just to feel it out, I immediately felt more stable since I could feel where the most pressure was on the soles of my feet determining if I was leaning too far back or too forward. It felt easier and quicker to adjust subconsciously my positioning to perform a deeper squat. With sneakers on, I felt less confident going past 90 degrees and could never get a full range of motion.

Haha, no titties yet, but prob gonna start exemestane soon as they are starting to get a bit itchy and sometimes shooting pains. Trainings been good. I broke the cardinal rule Friday night and had a few too many so my energy the last two days haven't been so good. Took extra liv52 and cycle assist in hopes of repairing any damage I have done. Got two more weeks on SD and hopefully by then, the test will be in full effect.

Can't wait to bench tomorrow and see how much weight and reps have increased...
 
Day 16:

Weight 206.6 am +11.6

Not sure what's going but had no apetite today. I'm thinking either how too much to drink Friday night killed it and still recovering or the sd is screwing with me. Only just ate a decent caloric meal just now after chest workout.

Chest strength sucked today, only maintained at 365 on flat bench for 4. After bench got some good pumps on incline dumbs deep stretch 90's for 3 sets of 12/12/10, then just killed it with flys free weight and cables.

Hopefully next week will be better with no booze and better calorie intake.

Also started exemestane today at 12.5mg as nipples started to hurt at work today. Will prob continue eevery two days at this amt and adjust accordingly.

Haha, thanks Pro for reminding me to update. Works been stupid busy lately and detail has been lacking here on AM.

Diet is still weird, apetite is still a struggle and could be that my job is the main cause. Barely have time to eat and pick at food throughout the day, sux really!!

I feel the SD is fighting the test in wanting to make me lethargic, but test is winning. This is a good thing as SD usually makes me want to do nothing.

Biggest change I have noticed so far is weight gain even when I haven't been eating well. Just weighed myself at 208.8, but this was just after dinner, so figure 207ish in A.M.

Nipples hurt like hell which is concerning. Not sure if the test is already causing this or the SD. I've had some rebound after SD in past after cycle so I assume estro is starting to rise. Going with exemestane 12.5mg eod for a couple weeks and see what happens. Very small lump or just swollen gland under right nip.

On a good note, muscles feel rock hard as of late and see a widening of shoulders and lats, traps also appear bigger and more defined. I got a hunch Mr. Test C might be poking his head out. Legs tomorrow a.m. with more updates.

What is your goal weight for this cycle? Hopefully the exemestane clears that up for ya
 
215 would be a nice lean weight gain goal. Anything more than that for me would be fat and water. Nearing that pretty quick at 207.6 this am +12.6lbs.

I'm really hoping exemestane takes care of it too. Nipples sore this am also. I've heard about a week before noticeable effectiveness takes place in relieving these issues. Only been 4 days and two 12.5mg doses. Any input would be great with this one.

Wish I could give you some good input or something encouraging but I've never used the exemestane. I say as long as it's not getting worse keep dosing it like you have been and give it time. If it does get worse might look into adex or letro.
 
Yeah, all this stuff is hit or miss and who knows wtf is going on inside the body unless blood work is done. Too bad private bloods for me is an hr a way! Gonna have to play the guessing game I guess :(

HahaHA all I've showed is my twig arms so far! We're all in this together though so the friendly competition and trying to one up each maybe should be a reality huh? I don't have a problem with it!

That doesn't sound like prolactin gyno to me but maybe someone else has a better idea. SD can raise prolactin supposedly but not that much. If you are like me, decent amounts of testosterone aromatize pretty easily. I think I have low estrogen naturally. I got lumps like you and prami wouldn't help. They left when I got into letro and a sermon after cycle. Serms on cycle are a life saver for guys like me. They are so selective
 
Holy F...!!! Worst pin so far. Right delt halfway in an instant pain. Instantly felt noxious and sweating perfusely! I slowly engaged further in an administered gear as I was about to pass out. Think I hit a nerve or something. Back to glutes we go.

I'm thinking not either, but caber can't hurt on cycle. I may up the exemestane dose to 12.5 ed starting tomorrow and re-evaluate the situation. Don't know my body yet on this man juice stuff
 
Day 23:

Weight 208 +13

PR on dead lifts yesterday, 405 for 6 and form felt great, nice and stable and no unnecessary pain in back. Deadlift PR's will come easy as I have never really focused on them much. Another blood pumping veins popping workout!

Exemestane has done nothing at 12.5mg eod so going with 12.5mg ed and may add in nolva at 20mg ed if need be. Both nips have formed enlarged glands and hurt like hell. Have to protect them from wife and kids. Please, please no purple nurples!! If no change, may have to incorporate letro which is last priority. I'll dose exemestane ed @ 25mg before letro.

I'm on vaca this week so can really dial in my workouts without feeling rushed. Going to hit Chesticles this afternoon. In thinking bench should go up a bit. Let's see...
 
Just get your wife to suck on those nips... make em feel better lol seriously tho hope dosing the exemestane ed will help. Your weights still going up you counting cals or eating everything in site?

F... the horrible visual I just got. Why pro why? No I am not counting calories but am trying to eat as much as possible and TRY to keep it lean. Of course the holidays are gonna be a struggle, but got to enjoy without overdoing.

It's the holidays that's the best excuse there is to eat like sh1t lol I was staying clean up until like a week ago then said f it too many temptations and I'm not disciplined enough

Lol just dose test higher. 700 actually I'd run SD 5-6 weeks at 20 for sure
 
Yeah, running test a bit low compared to you vets, but this is an experiment and curious what it will bring me in the next couple months. I'm thinking 5 weeks on SD then test the rest of the way.

Lol I'm no vet. I didn't pin before June this year. I've just been experimenting with lota stuff. Something about AAS is very intriguing to me. I'd run really high test if I could control gyno.. Maybe raloxifene and Adex would do it. Man I hate RC chems though.

Test doesn't make me very ravenous. Maybe due to its weaker anabolic nature than some of the other hormones. But aggression is always noticeable!

Still here and following. In my experience with the kickstart which has been dbol and winstrol I felt even better after dropping both. I like both and both gave strength increases and were good kick starters imo. But dbol raised blood pressure a bit and gave me bada$$ heartburn and the winny made my joints ache. But to answer your question if you keep eating at a surplus you will continue to get bigger, stronger, and grow. You are getting stronger and bigger now from sd and the test but you already know to expect that from the sd and this is your first run with the test so you are not sure yet what the test will do. I think once you drop the sd and let the test do it's thing you will be pleased. Just have to trust it lol I hope this made some sense and helped.

Thanks pro. You are absolutely right. I have absolutely no clue what the test will do but no exactly what SD can do. I thought about just doing a test only cycle but decided to go for broke and kick it off with SD. Im dropping the SD to only 10mg ed for this week then let test do its thing for the next couple months.

I think when I drop the SD completely, my apetite will come back, just a hunch. It probably has beaten up the liver a bit even though my assists have negated and bad sides. Have had occasional nose bleeds and some back pumps and that's about it. Maybe a little lethargy recently also.

Taking exemestane eod at 25mg and estro sides seemed to have subsided. Still have a small lump under right nip and can be painful at times. Got to protect them from kids and wife lol. When my son jumps on me and rubs up against them, hurts like heck for a bit. Not sure if I should also incorporate nolva or go all out with just letro. I'd like to completely get rid of it but not ire what's the best route. Maybe 25mg ed next?
 
Late but in!

I would probably dose the exemestane at 25mg ed before going with the letro.

Having run both, I can safely say to run the exem. You should have went to 25 ed as soon as you had problems, but you didn't know better. There's no sides, no downsides to using that much exem, other than you have to taper longer to get off of it as the rebound will be higher. And you go through it quickly obv, so you'll need more bottles. You can crush your estro fairly quickly at that dose though, so if the joints start bellyaching, libido drops, or you get nightsweats (pretty much anything women in menopause get is a good marker) your estro is too damn low & you need to back off the exem.

Letro works fine to blast also but will f with your dick function after a month or two, if not now after you come off the test. It works swell, & used as a preventative AI at low-moderate doses though & keeping your estro balanced (not low), is also a perfectly acceptable AI on cycle. But since you're on exem I'd just stick with that for now.

Don't expect to cure/reverse your gyno on cycle. It's very difficult/lucky for that to happen unless you peel your dose down very low while you fight it with Letro, but it'll be much better odds for you fighting it after the cycle. That means it's just about controlling it for now. Gyno's just part of the game.
 
Welcome and thank you for your input Hyde! Where were you when I needed this info before I started lol. I def should have started exem right away but oh well, living and learning, that's why I'm here. I'm gonna have to order some more exem so I can taper down towards the end and after cycle.

On another note, just called gym to see if they were open today and of course not. So much for dead lifting today :(. I'm only going to get in 2-3 days this week so gonna have to make it up next week hardcore.
