Whisky’s test e, tbol, liquidien and winny cycle log

I can report no PIP from any of the oils from Advanced Pharma. I have tried or at least pinned their Test, Deca, Tren A, NPP, and their high dose EQ oils. All gtg.

Of course, I've gotten only mild soreness ever, so it may mean PIP for me is non issue? I have DHB coming we'll find out, lol. Only PiP for me is more about steady needle application,

Only PiP for me is more about steady needle application, do not over press, use 2nd hand support - keep the needle in one spot through the 'ject... No digging around.

Different brands where I live. Test p and winny were my only pip probs I know...so keen to see how dhb goes, let me know hay.

Haven't tried the winny yet, that is up soon on the plan though. Probably similar timing to Whisky, give or take the new dad delays.
 
Day 30 - fairly boring hence no update. Didn’t sleep well either. Smashed out a load of chest and back volume stuff with some pre fatigue. Wasn’t a great session by a long shot but did what I needed on a day I was mad busy with work.

Day 31

More sleep and back on it today. Felt decent.

Cardio is getting hard with the mass though. I’d already dropped some of the running in favour of sprints but I’m getting slow as hell round my 7.5k route. Granted I care about the time, it’s purely for fat control, cardiovascular health and the fact my dog needs a lot of exercise. Fcuking tough going now though lol

Training was the light squat, shoulder press and heavy deadlift day on madcow.

Highlight was pulling 407 for 5 with no belt. Definitely the most I’ve ever pulled for 5 with no belt and probably the most I’ve ever pulled for 5 full stop.

Finished with 5 sets x 20 good mornings, 5x10 sissy squats and 5 x 10 leg extensions as a tri set.

Rest day tomorrow - feel like I’ll need to really prioritise recovery if I want to keep progressing as I am now. So that’s the aim for the next few weeks, train hard, recover harder.

Approach recovery like you are NOT on cycle but have a big training day ahead and you will be where you want to be.

It can be easy to lean on the gear, but continuing to prioritize sleep, nutrition, active recovery/tissue maintenance is what makes the most difference.
 
Day 32

Rest day (although I was at the gym with a spare 20 mins did blast a little arms session - nothing crazy but got a ridiculous pump off it which was nice).

Main issue today was eating. Appetite tanked a bit and by the end of the day I was just forcing it in. Literally had to throw in a piece of cake just to get to 3,800 which is really unusual for me. I can normally get to 4,000-4,250 Cals clean a day with no dramas. Really don’t like to dirty my diet up (I still have issues from being a massive fatty when it comes to food) so hoping it was a one off.

Got around 4 weeks to the winny and want another 10lbs on before then really......

Last pin at 450mg today, up to 600 on Sunday. Interested to see if I feel a difference from the increase.....
 
Curious to see what it does for you! And hunger fluctuations are normal. You just try to do what you can - there’s definitely a line between forcing and dirtying food that only you can navigate.

Weight bouncing around the 225 mark for a few days. Definitely not gaining more water and appear to have dropped just a little bit.

Had noticed a very slight bit of nipple sensitivity yesterday and this morning but disappeared this evening (adex at 0.5 e2.5d appears to be a decent amount for me at 450 test).

Back squat top set of 3 at 320 today. Moved the weight easily and was beltless and shirtless, loving lifting within my limits at the moment, I mean the top sets feel heavy for sure but I’ve more there without doubt. Means I’m able to keep tighter form and focus on making the reps great rather than just making them.

Still happy days over here lol

Anyway, the important ****. Weight static at 224/225 now - pushing the Cals up again and dropping some of the cardio.

Training - feel like a broken record now but strength still going up. Pulled 462 for a double and wasn’t as maximal as I can be. Felt about the same as the 440 double last week. I know I can’t keep stacking more weight like this but fcuk me it’s nice right now.

Did a load of farmers carries at 363 as well, felt hench AF afterwards

Easy day, was only abs and arms. Deliberately programmed this to be a light day anyway as it acts as a bit of a recovery day between heavy dead’s and squats.

Got a crazy pump on my arms, noticed that last time I trained arms as well. Wasn’t as obvious early in the cycle as it is now.

Still not getting any sides at all. The water retention is there but steady now.

This is the end of week 5, one week of Tbol and 3 of liquidien before a little bit of test only. Just gonna keep pushing hard and see what the next week brings.

Really enjoying my first pin experience thus far though.

Thank you bro, hope to give to others what I take from aspiring to be where many on AM are at. Benny is a similar bw to me and his lifts are my current aim but so many quality lifters on here to follow.....
 
Day 36

First day of increased test, will be 600 a week so throw 300 in my ass today.

Nuts have been feeling nice and full recently. Thought they were a bit smaller a few weeks back and questioned the hcg effectiveness but seems spot on now.

Bit of soreness in my calf’s earlier so took a jigsaw to them before training, that sorted them out for a bit but feeing it again this evening.

Training

Top set of 5 back squats at 320. No belt although I’m getting close to needing it I think. Belt normally gives me an extra 10-20 lbs though so feeling pretty good.

Benched 225 for a set of 5 (I know my bench is poor, for me this is decent lol)

Still all the fun of the fair over here haha

Planned to be a lighter day and it was. Just hit shoulders, arms and abs in the gym.

Wasn’t the most intense session tbh, at one point I found myself wondering whether dull needle kid ever got another needle lol

Still got a crazy pump, that’s been really noticeable now the past week. Definitely more than early on in the cycle without doubt.

Dosing Adex at 0.5 e2d at the moment, higher than I was probably expecting to dose it at but it’s stopped the slightly sensitive nipples and although I’ve not dropped any water I’m not gaining any.

Nothing else to report. Looking forward to smashing a heavy set of deads tomorrow

Not totally sure but some c0ck womble was on here saying his pin hurt a bit as he only had one needle.

Given some of the garbage he was coming out with reusing needles was probably the least of his issues amazingly.

How much HCG are you taking, and how often? Was this from the start?

I wasn’t necessarily planning on taking it next cycle as I never have, and I would probably only use as a primer at the end, but curious to your protocol.

Hey Hyde I’m using 250 iu twice a week (I.e 500 total a week). Pinning it sub q on jab days just for ease.

Did notice some testicular skrinkage a few weeks back and was considering adding an extra day dosing at 250iu in but my nuts bounced back last week and are nice and juicy at the moment.....

Felt great today, joints feeling good and aside from my shirts getting almost too tight everything was spot on.

Weight was bang on 230 this morning. I’m confident it’s not more water and based on previous cycle experience I really don’t think it’s fat (I still track daily and diet is 99% clean AF).

Was in meetings all day (managed to get out for a run this morning) and then hit the gym later than normal.

Top set of deads was 5 at 418 felt so easy. Put a belt on but don’t think I even needed to honestly. Feeling really strong at the moment.

Caber wouldn’t be useful. I would raise the AI like you said - no need to switch though. I would also add 40mg Nolva right now. The upped AI will just be to keep estrogen balanced, but if you have new lumps if you don’t starve them hard now you won’t be able to get rid of them later likely.

You should run the nolva for at least a few weeks after the lumps disappear btw.

I would attack with 1mg caber the first day, then eod 0.5 until lumps are gone. No need to up adex, IMHO.

I have been fighting gyno flare ups off/on for 1.5-2 years now. Seems when I change cycle or use Tren lately gives me a flare up... It was right nip in the past, lately left nip. But Exemestane 25mg daily seems to suppress the lump and it goes away after a week or so.

I only use Exemestane when flare up occurs then discontinue once under control. I haven't ran Caber, but if Exemestane ever did not work... I'd get that, I just avoided it this far, some claim it had nasty sides?

Caber is benign, Prami is the one you have to be worried about. Caber, for some boosts libido as a side effect. Personally, I don't feel anything on it -just the diminishing of nipple sensitivity -and lumps.
Whisky, remember, I'm the "trest-guy" who got gyno and lactated in the past. Take the caber, just do it!

Don't gonna pull up the relevant studies again. Normally, you can curb prolactin by controlling estrogen, I agree -but not with trest.
The lumps you feel are milk glands due to prolactin, mark my words!

He’s not on Trest...

I did totally forget about the Liquidien though, so I definitely agree you should add Caber if you can. I would still do Nolva though (or Ralox), but the SERM and dopamine agonist should fix it. AI probably wouldn’t need to be adjusted.

Oh, sh1t. Really? If he starts caber because of the Liquidien, he can start lower, like 0.5mg . Must be the only one not on trest, LOL.
Whisky ,did you already start winni? It would curb estrogen related gyno and may positively influence progesterone/prolactin.
Hyde is right, in worst case add nolva to shrink gyno.

Thank you fellas. I deliberately got the caber because of the liquidien so makes sense to run that now - the increased libido would be interesting given I’m already like a dog with two d1cks lol.

So I’ll add nolva (40 ed) and caber (0.5 eod) to clear it up and keep Adex at 0.5 eod.

Still got 4 weeks or so until I start winny.....

Do you prefer Clomid? I read Novla is also not a good SERM post Tren either... I mean stuff def kick starts test production PCT... When I was being silly, using designer orals without a test base.

Just curious cause unlike all these RC liquids of ancillaries... I find UGL carry pharma (brand US/EU) tabs of Novla and Clomid (cheap and easy travel).

Does Clomid also kickstart test production? Though not worried I have enough Test E for a long time... and glide path off that long ester ses easy for me to regain normal test levels thus far.

When I was still doing PCT, I used either clomid or torem. For gyno I use ralox.
 
Day 41

As above dosed some caber at 0.5 plus nolva at 40 to just get this little gyno flare up under control. Monitor and adjust from here.

Feel awesome generally through. Joints are in good shape and strength gains coming on really strong.

Was my last Friday on a 2 rep deadlift (switching it to sumo next week as that’s a weaker lift for me and I need to pull some lighter weight before I burn out my cns - will be keeping the heavy 5’s on tuesdays)

Anyway last week I put up 462 pretty well - built up with bigger jumps than normal, 440 for 2 felt decent so threw 484 on and smashed that up as well. Obviously felt heavy but I easy had one more messy rep or a higher weight really ugly double there. Really happy with the progress on this lift.

Was tight on time so hit a one rep push press at 198 (pressing is my weakness lol) and then a load of shoulder volume.

Away this weekend and smashing a load of food (intentionality just gonna eat whatever). Last day of tbol as well today.

Literally my only issue is just how much of this weight gain is lean mass and how much is fat. I’m eating exactly as I did on a 1/4/epiandro cycle (cardio is same level) and I got leaner on that cycle, I held a lot less water though so I could see it. This time it’s hard to tell as I just look fat but I know in theory I really shouldn’t have gained any (plus I looked the same as I do now after 1 week of cycle with abs gone - impossible for that to be a lot of fat gain).

Clen is a back up option but for now I’m gonna keep pushing the weights and the food and enjoy getting strong AF lol

Save the Clen, trust the process. You can’t be huge and have abs simultaneously. If you could, you’d be Juan Morel on the Olympia stage and we wouldn’t be discussing our training lol.
