In to follow! Just started CJC DAC Thursday, first pin of any kind, and also planning my first inj cycle ever this winter - we’re blooming in the same fashion, it would seem. I also have deadlifter’s arms lol

Yep, 10mg OL’s Gharine per night with a cap of SNS 100mcg Hup A. Been on that for several weeks. Started 2mg/6 days of CJC/DAC Thursday and will probably bump to 4mg before long but want to see what 2 is about. I really think it’s already helping recovery & pump in training.

Yeah I have cycled for years now and never had a needle in me - but all roads lead to Rome, and it’s time to get on the way! Every single lifter I ever wanted to be like has taken the plunge, so it’s time to walk the walk.

In. Winny is bomb. I'm on it now 100mg. Really surprised how big I got on it. Big and strong. Im on GH so I'm always hungry, so that's half of it. Great feeling and strength gains with no bloat or water. Winny is the bomb.
Cjcdac / mk677 is amazing too.

Yeah got to admit I’m really looking forward to that winny finisher....100 a day is really high though isn’t it?? Any reason you pushed it to that level?
 
Day 3

Nothing exciting to report in terms of the test or tbol (not really expecting anything for another week or so I guess).

Weight was up 4lbs but that’s very simply down to the mk677. I accidentally didn’t pack it when I went away for 2 weeks and thought the 8lbs I dropped was at least half water from the break of that - when I started mk last year I gained about 4lbs in a day or two as well.

Did some Liss cardio this morning (8k jog) then hit day 2 of the madcow program (light squat, moderate press and moderate deadlifts), then hit volume on legs (5x20 reps hack squat superset with ghr’s, 3 sets 12 reps rdl’s superset with leg extensions)

Staggered out the gym and spent the rest of the day eating lol

Me personally....I take glucosamine and fish oils daily along with a boat load of turmeric and a collagen peptide powder every morning.....having never run winny I’ve no idea if that’ll stop it but I’d like to think it might help....I don’t currently get any issues taking that lot that’s for sure.

I can't imagine that you'd have problems if your using mk677 and cjc dac? Maybe someone can chime in on this from experience. I just know my joints feel amazing on cjc sac and mk677

Mine do as well but to be fair I know that cjc dac can also cause achy joints.....

I’m also going to be very cautious with ai use, keep it low and only increase if actual gyno sides appear, bit of bloating etc we’ll be ok with.

Winny always taxed my joints hard.
Glucosamine, Chondroiton and MSM always worked a charm.
Watch MSM if your prone to anxiety though.

I have no personal experience with it, but read it aches the f out of your joints. I know a guy that says winstrol is one of his favorites but he can only run it if he’s using deca bc he says that gives great joint lubrication. Idk he’s on a ton of stuff though.

Yeah hopefully u won’t get the joint stuff. But this dude loves winny so should be fun in any case.
 
Day 4 - rest day, nothing exciting. Was away on business but ate well.

Day 5

Second jab day!! Went for my left hand side meaning I had to pin left handed (I’m very right handed). Went in smooth though, buried it deep like a pirates treasure. Forced it in and held for a ten count before withdrawing. No blood or anything again.

Did develop a bit of a dull ache in that glute, rolled it out on advice of a mate which has eased it a bit but to be honest it really isn’t a concerning pain.

Dosed the hcg sub q at the same time.

Trained. Day 3/3 for the week on madcow (squat, bench, row). A set of 3 unbelted squats at 286 was the highest weight (way below my best but in line with the massive drop in strength from that cut).

Accessory work was pull ups, rows, ring presses, volume push press, hammer curls and French press - all high rep and light weight. Tomorrow is a heavier deadlift day so wanted to leave something in the tank.

Not getting anything noticable from the tbol yet but I didn’t expect to in week 1.

Generally feel pretty good, didn’t sleep well last night but that wasn’t due to the aas.

Want to sleep well tonight and excited to deadlift tomorrow. I’m doing an 8 week run on a layer training program but a lot of the weight is set from a 2 rep max that’s tested weekly so it’s the best day for me to check strength progress (the madcow program is set weights for 12 weeks).

Hey crossfit aint bad. Best shape of my life i was doing crossfit and martial arts i loved it while i was doing it. Only problem was i couldnt get STRONG on it. Probably wasnt eating enough but i literally couldnt afford to eat more than i already was lol

In fairness I have nothing against CrossFit style training and like conditioning style finishers to jack up the heart rate.

Where I do have an issue is the way some members talk like CrossFit training is unique to crossfit. Seen people refer to any form of met con as ‘doing a crossfit’ or assuming that if you oly lift your a crossfitter and stuff like that.

I’ve trained at a CrossFit box before with a mate and the guy there asked if I’d done a CrossFit on ramp before elsewhere, I replied that to be honest I was a level 3 qualified pt so he didn’t have to worry whether I knew what I was doing to which he said, no, this is CrossFit, you need specialist training lol their instructors can qualify in a weekend. I did two 6 month courses. Did make me chuckle.

I was lucky enough to train at a box that wasnt like that. Both my coaches were experienced olympic weightlifters and were very very good at training people in olympic lifting so it was nice

Yeah like anything I guess, I know of some real quality boxes and some real sh1tty ones but that’s true of anything

For shows with a lighter axle press event, my gf will literally do sets like that of about 12, never resting. As soon as the bar returns to the rack position her knees are already bending to catch it and begin the next push... and I’m over here still trying to make the first press after a sloppy clean trying not to black out
 
Day 6

Weighed myself this morning (tend not to way every day as natural fluctuation in weight up or down can make me subconsciously adjust my diet). Up 8lbs but basically back to where I was pre holiday and crucially pre stopping mk677 for 2 weeks. No surprise that I’ve regained water in the first week, highly doubt it’s more than that.

Generally still feel good, don’t feel like anything has kicked in yet but no real surprise there.

Deadlifted today.

I’m doing a layer program on dead’s - 5 layers from isometrics - 2 rep max - cluster sets - eccentrics - volume

Pulled 418 for the two rep max - this still miles down on where I was 5 months back but I missed the second rep at this weight a few weeks back so things may slowly be moving in the right direction (just increasing my Cals should be doing that though).

Was a good session though, started to feel strong by the end and then smashed out a load of shoulder, rear delt and trap work.

Mad busy at the moment so whilst I’ll always find time to train I’m eating most of my calories late in the evening which isn’t ideal - main focus for next week is to get a better spread.

End of week 1

So 7 days in and things are very undramatic lol. I thought tbol would probably take more than a week to kick in and knew the test would so it’s not been a surprise that nothings really happened.

Big positives for me, 2 pins in and I’m almost embarrassed how scared I’ve been of needles my whole life, really isn’t anything at all. That going ok has been the biggest plus though, having to get a mate to do it wouldn’t have been ideal.

Lack of sides I guess is good, wasn’t expecting any this early but obviously it’s all new compounds so nothing crazy going on has been ok.

Only downside is maybe that I’d have hoped for slightly more progress purely because I’ve been increasing calories after my cut, did bloods first day of cycle and that came back with test back up just above mid range so given how far down my lifts were I was hoping for some quick progress there......but I’ve been training long enough to know it doesn’t work like that lol

Light training session today - abs and arms

Had planned to do some conditioning met con stuff at the end but was still feeling the dead’s from yesterday’s and something I learnt in my last oral cycle was that I tend to struggle around weeks 7 and 8 because of my constant pushing hard. This time I’m on cycle for much longer so going to listen to my body a little bit more (I naturally go hard so I’m confident I’ll avoid using it as an excuse not to train or anything). Just going to play a slightly longer game.

Looking forward to the next week
 
At the 8-10 day mark I started noticing more fullness from the Tbol. I could start seeing size increases and for comments about getting bigger about halfway through week three. Also saw good strength increases around that time as well.

I remember on Mechabol I could tell I was on by day 7-8. I have heard that Mbol did kick in a bit faster than actual Turinabol

Thanks bro, everything I’ve read seems to suggest between week 1 and 2 is where I’m expecting to feel something.

It’s all good for me, I’m in no rush, like knowing I have 15 weeks to make dem gains. On the 8 week oral cycles I felt like every day I had to be feeling it and pushing or I was wasting precious days on cycle

Day 9

Up early and hit some sprinting this morning for 30 mins - I really need more conditioning stuff so this was a start. Hoping when the test kicks in I’m more up for stuff like that rather than making myself do it.

In a hotel tonight and gym was way below expectation - fortunately it was a volume chest, back and arms pump session I was planning and so I just used the max stack (only 120lbs) to row like jaws was hunting me down and then the max dbs (60 lbs) to bench reps for Jesus. Did like 60 plus reps on everything, loads of curls and press downs etc

Not the most satisfying but felt like it was ok.

Deadlifting tomorrow - will be a good test of where I’m at early on. With previous cycles once I started making real progress it was pretty consistent each week. Hoping this will be similar.

Upped calories to 3,250 this week - I’m still up usual maintenance but still increasing slowly from my cut. Will get more aggressive with that when I do feel everything’s kicked it so I don’t waste time under eating. The first 8 weeks of this is to get some decent lean mass on. Last 6 will rip me up hopefully

Next month I’m doing a harder trail in ct for a whole a # day weekend. Really need to get ready

I’m joking but am ready for some real movement upwards now. I’m holding a shed load of water now, abs fading etc. Not wholly unexpected as that seems to be my thing, some people lactate (@hairygrandpa lol) I seem to hold a lot of water.

Not started the adex yet (and no other estro sides). Will continue to monitor and had been planning to consider adex at week 3 or thereabouts.

Training was ok, nothing special. Pulled 380 for 5 and it felt crazy heavy. 10lbs heavier than last week but still below my best.

Rest day tomorrow although I’ll probably throw a cheeky arms session in, determined to make them grow this cycle lol

Yep, to be fair I’m now only 15lbs or so off my best 5 rep so it’s getting closer but just want to spend as much time on creating new muscle and strength rather than just regaining old.....but it is nice to know I have ages left to do that lol

Haha, had that thought as well but it’s all good. Should be quite complimentary I think, plus apparently vascularity is great on liquidien and I’m naturally vascular so that could be fun haha.

Take your rest day mate. Let your body grow after deadlifts. You can always throw arms in ontop of another session!
 
Day 11

Well, today was the first day I started to feel on - yeah baby, been like a sprinter on his blocks waiting for this ****er to get going lol

Was supposed to be a rest day but a meeting I had tomorrow got extended meaning I’d have been tight for training time, and I felt good so decided to bring thursdays session forward and rest tomorrow.

Squat - built up to 3 at 300, these felt like 300 should for me, heavy but moved easy enough.

Bench - top set of 5 at 210. Struggled at 200 recently, 210 moved fine today

Row - same as bench.

The madcow program is based on progressive overload each week on those lifts and the first few weeks are programmed to be easier but today was the first day I felt like I was lifting within myself (which is ideal).

More confident now I’ll be back to my previous max numbers within the next two weeks giving me a lovely 10-11 weeks of breaking new ground.

Noticed my chest puffing out a bit more today (as in I had that strut - not that I’m getting puffy nips or anything). Potentially the test rather than the tbol at this stage.

Was jab day as well. Quite enjoy this now.

Definitely get a dull ache on my left glute after pinning, most likely because I’m very right handed so I’m not as smooth with my left. No issues though.

Only thought I did have was whether a 25 gauge 5/8 inch pin was getting deep enough. I bury it to the hilt and although I’m pretty lean I’m holding a load of water. Is there any sign if it’s not deep enough?


Oh and I weighed this morning - up 18lbs since start lol. Like I say though - so much is obviously water. Not possible to really be fat with where my diet is/has been and I’m confident that’s not muscle haha.
