while off igf can u use mgf????

i was reading in the mgf and igf sticky, that peg mgf doesnt interract with the down regulation of igf.

so if i just got done doing igf l3 for a month, could i now start pegmgf for a month, then after mgf, start igf l3 again, where then the receptors would be fresh and could start the great effects of igf l3 again.
