is that you in your actavar luke?

Haha, no that is our good friend Gunter. I'll post some pics of myself when I'm a month into my cutting phase(starting next week)

I'm at 216 pounds right now at about 15% so I don't look anything like Gunter :bb2:

Mono pumps me up more and makes me feel buff. If you are lean to begin with, the difference between CEE and mono are not that great. You won't look like a fat boy when taking mono. If you are lean, you will look yoked if it works for you. If you are a smooth 12%+ then it will make you look watery and quite frankly like a heavy beer drinker who works out a little. Judge for yourself. Do a month of each and see what works best for yourself in your comfort zone.

How long before Mono expires? I've had a large container sitting around for over a year since I switched over to CEE. I remember it working pretty well, why did I switch anyway? Marketing I suppose.

If you can't see what the expiration date on it is or if it never had one to begin with, you first have to realize that it is a supplement. Supplements degrade when exposed to light, heat, age, etc. That being said, I don't know that creatine could degrade into anything toxic. It would certainly lose its potency given enough time. Depending upon how you have stored it, you should be okay after only a year. Does it look like Creatine mono- All white and fine powder? Does it smell okay? - Not much of a smell to it. If you are worried about using it, remember Creatine mono is very inexpensive now and can be purchased in bulk for several dollars for 100 grams.

I'll give it a good looking over and throw a tsp down to test it.

I noticed better gains with mono. I would go with cee if I was on a really strict cut(cutting carbs).
