Which protein shake to use?

I have always used Muscle Milk. It has helped with gains, but I am wondering if Whey will do better. When I would drink Muscle Milk, I would either take 2 scoops as pre-workout or 1 scoop pre-workout & 1 scoop post-workout.

Muscle Milk had its pros/cons for me.
- Pros: It helped with gains although not as fast as I wished it would. I started seeing significant gains when I began to mix it with Creatine Monohydrate. It also tasted really good and was easy to drink.
- Cons: It would make me full, and I wouldn't be able to eat anything for atleast 2 hours. This would hinder my progress especially if I was bulking.

I have tried whey 2 years ago, but only twice. It tasted like absolute ****, and I had a bad reaction to it. I got sick, puked, and ended up with a fever. I am willing to try it again if it is more effective than Muscle Milk in building muscle, and if Gold Standard 100% Whey atleast has a decent taste. I hope I don't have a bad reaction to it. I want to hear your guy's perspective. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks :)

muscle milk is whey. Whey protein just describes where the protein comes from and its composition essentially. Whey means from dairy, and then there are subsections such as; isolates, casein, blends.

IWhey solates will be the easiest on the stomach because it is just protein with no other parts of the milk, but also more expensive

PEScience Select protein is one you need to check out.

Can't beat the macros, especially with the amazing taste, and high quality milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate-80.

Let it be noted, a protein powder isn't going to give you some kind of magical gains. It is simply used as a protein source alternative from whole foods.

Select protein tastes awesome

Nutra Innovations just released ProSync with Rikkunsh1to; which helps in the aid of digesting protein. ProSync has a blend of Whey, Casein and Egg protein with the following profile

5G NET CARBS
24G PROTEIN
5.6G BCAA’s
4.8G GLUTAMINE
1G RIKKUN****O

i'd recommend checking out pes select or animal whey. Those are the best option and taste the best in my opinion.

Id recommend trying trutein, flavour is unmatchable in my opinion.
25g protein
5.5g BCAA
5g glutamine
75mg omega 3
