Which ph to use for my goal?

Hey guys I'm looking for some advice on what's the best ph I can take to gain maybe 5 lbs of lean muscle but
Osy to cut and harden up. Im currently at 24% bf and wana get down to about the 15% mark? Thanks
 
I am assuming this is your first cycle. You dont need anabolics to lose weight and gain muscle. You realize your diet is what causes you to gain or lose fat, without changing that you won't get near your goals with anabolics. But to help you further what are your stats (age/height/weight) if you would prefer you can pm me and I can help you out.
 
It's not my first cycle. Thing is I got married a year ago and took the last 6months of lifting. Now it's button me in the a$$. In the past I did not mentionable injectables but that was over 4 years ago. I also did a cycle of a agar about a year and half ago. Great stuff just expensive and can't find it now. I've been back at it for two months and need an extra kick. Currently I'm 5'9 195 age 25
 
Wait for 6 months in after that this cycle should shred you,

If you do this run a log, always wanted to see how this stack would recomp.

For the next 4 months focus on diet and training, after that you can start the juice.
 
If you could send me a pm on a trusted source you have for that would be great. That stack runs great and would def run a log on it
 
Just google 11-oxo and H-drol should be pretty easy to find, but definitely get atleast 6 months of consistent lifting and decent diet before starting a cycle.
 
Plus the AM store sells 11-oxo, helladrol from mrsupps seems to be raved about.
