which one should i use?

current stats:189 lbs 6'3 19 years old.sub 10-11 bf
i currently have a cycle of halodrol that ive had since before the ban aswell i also have 2 bottles of anafuse and ostashred. i have never taken anything anabolic or prohormone before. im trying to figure out which one would be better for a lean bulk?
halodrol would be run at 50-75-75-75-75-75 aswel as dermacrine and full support supps. pct will consist of toremifene,daa,erase pro.

any input from experienced users would be greatly appreciated!
 
Everybody here will tell you you're too young to use prohormones mate - so that's the Halo out sorry to say.

Ostashred (Ostarine) can suppress you as well so that's probably out, plus it's usually used as a cutter and you already have pretty low body fat.

Anafuse is natty so you could jump on the two bottles of that if you wanted then EAT, TRAIN and SLEEP.
 
Appreciate the advice. But damn I'm so tempted to take this halodrol especially after the logs I've been reading all day
 
Bro I'm 6ft, 21 years old and got to 211lbs naturally. BF was at about 14-15%
Went from 155ish (18yrs old) to 211 in 3 years, with just whey and creatine during the winter months. You have 3 inches on me, you should wait till at least 200lbs at the same body fat you are now. So 11 pounds of muscle. I'm about to turn 22 and still contemplating the jump because I know I'm still growing, even if I don't notice it in the mirror myself

Take ostashred and throw it. Take Daa throw it and use tongkat ali. Erase pro is good but alphamax i think is better than erase but ok. Halodrol cycle ok. Dont take anything for the liver milk thistle nac etc dont protect and stress the liver. The liver can recovery for itself. Only glutathion restore the liver but sure you cant use it and for halodrol is a waste of money. Only take stuff for bloodpressure and lipids like fish oil olive leaf magnesium etc. Hope you this help. Hope you the best
