I think you do not really need to load creatine you only need to take 5 grams pre workout and 5 grams
postworkout and on your days off only 5 grams. Most people who have problems when they use creatine
usually occurs when they do the loading week of 20 or more grams of creatine a day to try to saturate
their muscles with creatine. If you do the 5 to 10 grams a day usually by 3 weeks your muscles will be
saturated with creatine and you can avoid any of the side affects that some people have when loading
such as bloating, GI problems, cramping, and urinating to often. Good luck with the stack you are going
use it looks pretty good.

Why are you telling him to take 10g of creatine on training days?
 
My bad I didn't realize he was taking 7.5 grams spread out when I saw spread out I figured he
was taking a lot more until I went back and red it again. I agree with R1balla why not take it
all at once or split half pre and half postworkout. Next time I will read the posts with my glasses on.
 
I never go with other's on my creatine. I have learned over the years, I don't need to load, and I stick with what works for me. I like and see more results when I take mine pre and post workouts.
