which is best?

Cool, what are your goals, e.g. fatloss, strength, etc? Depending on these goals, there could be a better option than an anti-e.
 
mainly fat loss. I use RPM at the moment, and to be honest, even with all the hype, I am really not that impressed. I think I get better fat loss results from ECA. Just kinda thought one of these anti-E supps would be beneficial.

lol RPM and ECA are on 2 COMPLETELY different levels....
 
You could always add something like drive to the mix. The forskolin in it will aid in fat loss. To be honest, I think a anti-cortisol supp will suit you better. Personally, I like the new version of lean xtreme at four caps a day. If you decide to go that route, here's a link on the subject:
