Which ATW protein for everyday use?

I was just going to order the Whey Blend, but I notice there are all sorts of other blends and such like WPI, WPC, Milk Protein Isolate, etc.. What is the best everyday just normal protein for 2 shakes a day? I usually mix it with milk. Then depending on diet I also add oats and/or EVOO. I was thinking of ordering 2 whey blends and 1 casein.

I also have been reading that I must try the Cinnamon Bun, so that will definitely be one of the 5lbers :)
 
If your mixing with milk just go for the opti-blend and maybe a casein or MPI. IF you were going to use water I would suggest something with a higher casein percentage, but with milk you are getting about 12g, casein protein for every 16ounces anywho.
 
I personally believe it is better to save the extra few bucks and go with the blend. It gets you to the same place and you save a few bucks which adds up over time. I would hold off on ordering the CC until you had a sample of it. In fact, with your order ask for a sample of CC MC and MPI in the comment section. This way you can see if you like the texture cause it is going to be a lot thicker due to it being a time release protein.
 
Thanks everyone for the feedback thus far. I'll probaby stick with Whey Protein Blend 2-3 containers of different flavors...enough to make $100 for my T-shirt..lol :)
