Whey Protein!

I am a powerlifter and i want to have good nutrition,something alot powerlifter neglect.Right now im drinking 4 protein shakes a day with about 40 grams of protein per shake,and taking in another 60 grams a day from chicken breasts and chick nuggets lol.Is this a good meal plan keep in mind not bodybuilding?Am taking to much whey protein,right now i have to my wallets a little slim.My body weight is 200lbs.
 
take less shakes and eat more red meat/chicken in your diet. your only getting 200 grams a day...you should get around 300 and preferred mostly from food. try two shakes a day if you can and the rest from food. Peanut butter, chicken, steak, eggs, almonds...etc
 
yes u are using too much whey.dont use whey 4times a day. use it post workout and get a timed released protein for the other 3shakes with a complete amino acid profile.
