Whey Protein and urine tests

I'm involved in a study on the effect of protein timing.. my question is, if supplementing with whey protein, can it be specifically identified and differentiated in the urine from the whey protein we obtain from milk and cottage cheese??
Or the blood?

You better hope there isnt a lot of any protein showing up in your urine, that is a diagnostic of kidney failure. (decreased glomerular functioning.)
