Have you ever seen an Olympic sprinters legs they are anything but small. If you want speed do. Speed and agility training. But don't worry about having big legs. Those muscles need fuel to work so feed them.
You don't "need" whey. Proper diet is all you need. And unless you are freakishly genetically gifted, you are going to need to build muscle mass in your legs to run faster.
Yes i know they are big haha but they build that muscle but to "big" muscle i mean like that bodybuilders :O sorry my ignorance with this things i never use it before or try to! but its ok if i buy that product? is bad or good for me? i train monday to saturday all days hard training.

I would just use a good BCAA supplement while out on the track just to ensure maximum recovery. In all reality, any protein powder will help, but you definitely dont need it. I am gonna ask tho, do you lift?

Yes I have like mm 3 or 2 days on the gym depend of the planing of my coach clean,squat and more excercises mmm i eat a lot but i dont know.. trainings are hard and i want to open a good year of competition so yeah I want to prepare myself well. you think this is a good product and an effective way to get strong and fast?
