Where to start?

Hey all, I am a 21 year old looking to start making some real gains. I am not really sure how these cycles work or what is out there that I should / should not start with and was hoping for some advice. When I look through these forums I just see a bunch of numbers that don't mean anything to me (yet). I am willing to learn and definitely invest in my health.

This probably isn't what you want to hear but here it is..... Dial in your macronutrients and eat then eat some more. At your age, you really don't want to start messing with your hormones just yet. If prohormones are intriguing to you, take the next few years to read and learn everything you can about them.
 
Agreed. You have a good 4+ years to read, lift and read some more before you should consider AS again. The last thing you want is to get into AS now and be on TRT for the rest of your life. You have plenty to do until then, see how close to your genetic potential you can get!

This is the best advise you will get on this board.

Personally I joined this forum in 2011 and only now I feel like I know everything I need to know for my cycle. . So start searching and reading all the relevant topics on this forum. Continue to workout hard and don't rush yourself. Otherwise you will end f**king up your body.
 
That answer doesn't bother me in the slightest. I try to eat 4 - 5 meals a day. Mind sending me to some good threads or articles on prohormones?
