Where to get Julius Vida's "Androgens and Anabolic Agents"?

Search for Vida, he has a thread. He charges $30 for a password protected disk.

i checked out the book at the UK library. It's of little use unless you plan on searching for an obscure steroid to synthesize. I looked into copying it and scanning it for everyone, but the cost was prohibitive. kinko's charges out the wazoo to scan an entire book to CD.
