Where to get a general education on all this?

Hey all, I've been lurking for a while and it seems like a very interesting topic. I have been hitting the gym hard for about three to four years, relying on proteins, aminos, and creatine. I would like to get into the prohormones. Any ideas of where to start as far as learning what to do would be greatly appreciated. I'm also open to suggestions of what I ought to do for a first times trying to loose some fat and gain mass. I'm just terrible at making sense of the notation in these forums. Thanks for the info and advice!

It just takes time to learn it all. A year and a half ago I didn't know a single thing about prohormones/designer steroids aside from the fact that you couldn't talk about them om bb.com.

In 6 months with diligence you will have a good comprehension, in a year you should have a great comprehension.

Here are some good places to start.

Epistane is alright, it tends to be decently antiestrogenic which can can effect your joints negatively, just didn't want to steer you in the direction of something that had known specific side effects aside from the expected, elevated liver enzyme values, elevated blood pressure, slightly debilitating back/calf pumps and such.

As for serms, i not sure what the rules on the board are at this moment but i can say this "Research Chemicals". There may be some "auto generated google ads" on the page that will point you in the right direction.

I think as long as they are board sponsors its fine to recommend places to look. I think its just like talking about sales on orbit. Don't quote me on that. Maybe we can get an Admin to chime in on the topic.

Admin comments would be appreciated. I have been reading all over as far as what to expect form what product. Everyone seems to have thier go tos, epi seemed popular and not terrible online. Especially w products to combat issues such as dry joints. it sounds like a month is a good duration?
