Where is IBE?

As of yesterday Ibe's website is no longer and their phone number is now a fax line. Does anyone know what is going on with them?

The new site is ibe-technology.com, however no research chems are there, but the old school site is innovative-research.net that has all the products.

I wonder why the site contiues with new url? First Ibelabs, then ibenutrition and now innovativeresearch
