where did the CL thread go?

i had a notification on the world icon from the CL rep thread and it said link invalid please contact admin. i tried to look for the thread but couldnt find it

He probably deleted it because the applicants were talking sh1t about him and he realized they must just want to rep for anybody and not just for CL....judging by the level of impatience that was displayed.
