Where can I get micronutrients without getting much fiber?

Hello, I have IBD(UC specifically) and was trying to find a way to get some of my micronutrients in without eating leafy greens / veggies with high fiber. Fiber causes a whole lot of stomach problems for me and can induce flares in my UC which is bad bad news. Anyone got any advice?
 
Have you tried juicing?
 
Blending keeps the fiber. Juicing separates the pulp from liquid so it removes much of it.
 
Could always buy a greens shake…I've had Oxi-Omega and its pretty decent tasting
