When/what to expect from trans. 4-ad?

I've just started a 6 week cycle of 4-ad trans. only (first cycle) and am curious when I should start looking for the effects to kick in. People seem to have varying opinions on when these compounds begin to work. I think I heard somewhere that within a 4-7 days you should start feeling the 4-ad working.

Now I'm also curious what kind of gains to expect? I'm not very close to my genetic potential (maybe 40%, i know too early!), this is my first cycle, and I'm eating very clean and often. Doing HST as my training.


One more question: I bought the PENETRATE trans. mix and mixed in 11g of 4-ad into it. It came out to 45.6 mg per ml, then 15.96mg
actually getting into the bloodstream. Then from that I calculated about a 20% conversion, so that would mean about 3.2mg of active test.

So knowing this, how much should I be taking. Actually lemme make it simpler: How much total converted test should i try to end up with in my bloodstream???

I ran the T-Gel w/ 10 grams of 4AD in it. I applied it only once daily directly after I got out of the shower. It took about two weeks for me to feel the effects. The results were a fuller look to muscles in about three weeks. Strength was average but had great pumps while working out. Hope this answers all of your questions.
 
It will probably take almost two weeks to feel the 4ad. I think I usually start feeling something on about day 11 and the full effect by day 14. I've never run 4ad alone, so I don't know what you should expect as far as results. I've run it along side 1test & m1t to, mainly, counter the sides. I usually run 300-350mg a day, but again, it's just to counter sides. If running it alone you may want to run 400 or 500 mg. But since it's your first cycle, I'd run about 300-350mg until you feel it kick in, then adjust the dose up if needed. Also, I'd apply it in two doses, as close to 12 hours apart as possible.

Alright, thanks guys for answering! I'm around day 15 now, and have felt it kick in around day 12. I have gained about 4 lbs so far of lean mass, and am feeling fuller, thicker, a bit stronger, etc. I just got a nasty (AND I MEAN NASTTTY!!!) flu and have been in the hospital for 2 days recuperating. Lemme tell you, it was bad. I think i've lost a few lbs. so you can imagine how annoyed I am. Plus, i can't eat heavy foods yet. Probably not until tonight (not supposed to, but I feel much better and think i can handle it). Wish me luck on the next couple weeks!
 
Good luck man! It sucks getting sick on cycle, especially your first one. Hang in there. Day twelve for kick-in sounds right, that's about when I start feeling it.

Appreciate the well-wish, man! Yeah, it sure does suck, especially when you're starting to get diet ground into place and training on track 100%. I'll push this cycle out and hopefully better luck next time. Sucky thing is is that i'm trying to avoid doing too many PH cycles and the ruff start on this one makes me want to start another one already. Not good! I have self-control, so I think I'll be able to handle the temptation. We'll see...
