When to Take

Right now I take....

GABA
NO-Xplode
Cell Mass
Muscle Milk
Waxy Maize

My question is what is the best time to take my waxy maize and also can I take cell mass during workout instead of right after. As it is right now I take GABA and NO-X 45 min before workout, then a 32g protein 15 min before workout. I take cellmass right after workout and waxy maize and 60 g protein 15 min later. By the time om done taking all of this I feel sick from drinking so many liquids. I was wonderng if taking cell mass during workout will be just as beneficial as taking it right after. Also Ive read the some people take waxy before and after workout, so I was wondering if that is better than taking it right after. My goal is to put on mass im not worried about water weight or anything because I only have 6% bodyfat so im just looking to put on size. Any help would be great.
 
GABA can make you feel tired so you should probably not take that preworkout and waxy maize is actually a slow burning carb contrary to popular belief so taking that during before and during your workout would be my suggestion. I would also say take your no-xplode closer to your workout. Maybe 20 minutes?
 
although preWO supps affect everyone differently, BSN (along with many other companies) recommend that you take their NO supps at least 30-60 minutes prior to working out as this allows for maximum absorption prior to working out. alot of companies also recommend that you dont consume any protein (or other foods) after drinking the preWO drink as it stunts the effects. i would switch things up and drink your protein shake about 1.5-2 hrs before going to the gym. you can throw some WM in there or....

your WM can definitely be taken preWO for some extra muscle endurance while working out, just throw it into your NO-xplode. the WM can also be consumed during your workout for increase endurance, and i would definitely continue to put it in your postWO shake.

i used to take cell mass right after working out followed by a shake, but i too got tired of the sick and bloated stomach feeling i got from drinking so many things postWO. i would recommend simply buying flavorless creatine (since youre not concerned with water gain) and mix it into your postWO shake as well.
