when to take pills

i just received my bottle of epistane and i was wondering how i should dose them?

thinking about 20/30/30/40

and how should i dose them (throughout the day or before and after workout)

with 20 mg u can do b4 and after Workout. with 30 spread it 6ish hours apart. and with the higher dosing do 1 in the morning, 1 pre and post w/o, and one around 4 hours b4 u sleep.
