When to take Nolvadex

Im on my 3rd week of a 6 week H-Drol cycle and my friend told me your supposed to start taking Nolvadex on the last week of your cycle, as in I should take the H-Drol and the Nolvadex daily in the last week. I thought you were supposed to start taking the PCT starting the day after you finish the H-Drol cycle. Can anyone help me out?

Yes you are correct in your thinking,take your first dose of Tamoxifen the night after your last dose of h-drol,continue with Tamoxifen for four weeks and taper down each week.
