when to take milk thistle

I am taking milk thistle for liver protection while on cycle, along with cycle support. They are 175mg pills. How many per day should I take? I wanted to know if I should take them at certain times, like near when I dose my ph or distant from when I dose my ph, I wasn't sure if taking it at the same time or near the ph dosing would make the ph less effective?
